More props to our fellow local etsy teamsters; this time, we’ve got
Becca26 to thank! Her playful and vibrant characters are adorable… and she’s donated this adorable 8 x 10 print to our efforts —
Happy Dino (Triceratops):

Rebecca actually lives just outside of Ottawa, where she enjoys doodling and walking her two miniature daschunds. She loves bringing her whimsical doodles to life in bright acrylic colours and often shows her works at local art festivals.
Thanks again, Rebecca!
As an aside, here’s a funny story about how I got my paws on this print… To begin, Rebecca reached out to us to say she’d like to make a donation, and we began a back-and-forth to figure out a hand-off. Meanwhile, friend and past-donator Amanda Sage had a book launch (she’s written and published three kids’ books now!) where Rebecca happened to be vending her prints. Amanda approached Rebecca and told her about The D.A.D. Project, at which point Rebecca said she’d already heard and offered to donate to us! From there, Amanda snagged this Dino print and hand-delivered it to my doorstep. Small world goodness, all around. Thanks for bringing things full circle, Amanda :)
.
One more thanks to close off the week… This one goes to NattyLouCreations for including our Eye of the tiger print in her “Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my!” treasury:
And with that… have a terrific weekend, everyone!
