My friend Minh, who went through a phase of making a sweater a month to give to her friends, is behind our donation for today. She’s knit us a warm fuzzy scarf that’s perfect for the upcoming winter season (it’s also super soft, thanks to the “boa fur” yarn she’s used):

Apparently, Minh used to do much of her knitting at the gym while walking on the treadmill (yes, you read that correctly!). We’ve suggested that she start this up again and start a “Fit Knit” line where each item comes with a label that lists the duration of time spent knitting on the treadmill, at what speed and incline, and the amount of calories burned.

Minny, thanks again for being so game to make such a lovely contribution to our project.
