Today’s D.A.D. was inspired by the Loud Talker, and it’s called very simply: Say what?

I have to admit that I’m sometimes guilty of not using my ‘inside voice’… but I promise, as soon as I notice that the person I’m talking to is wincing, I dial it down a couple of notches ;)

As part of my efforts to eat better and save a little money, I’ve been trying to bring my lunch to work a few times a week for the past couple of months. 

Today’s D.A.D. is a “note to self” to continue on this path, no matter how much I still get those muffin and latte cravings (yes, old habits are hard to break!) — here’s Brown bagging it:
