Drawing A Day #146: Soft ice cream

April 13th, 2011

I guess I’m drooling over the idea of summer’s arrival as I eagerly watch the mercury rise in the themometer lately… I was *this* close to making a quick stop into Dairy Queen this afternoon, and I’m currently in denial about the snow flurries that were forecast for tonight. A tribute to upcoming treats — Soft ice cream:

Not sure how sheep made it into this… welcome to my tangential-thinking brain!

Oh, and I just got off the phone with Serena — she just got home from her business trip, and will be back posting a new D.A.D. tomorrow. Woohoo!

Another woohoo: thanks to swirlingthoughts for including our Balance print in her “take a seat” treasury”:

Happy hump day, everyone!

January 27th, 2011

I heard a bad ninja joke, which made me think of karate, which led to today’s D.A.D., Lambchop:

I think this guy is ready to kick the sheep out of someone (sorry, I couldn’t resist).

And thanks to lapisbeach for including Say What? in their etsy treasury, Punch in the Arm of turquoise:

Drawing A Day #105: I heart ewe

January 19th, 2011

Sheesh, this baby is making me mooshy… and with Valentine’s right around the corner, I thought I’d do up another seasonally appropriate D.A.D., so here is today’s drawing, called I heart ewe:

Who doesn’t love a heart when it’s wrapped up in (non-itchy) wooly goodness, right?
